What is this role? 

As a Document Management Specialist for Cirkul, you will help to further the quality organization’s ability to support manufacturing operations throughout the business. Key initiatives include performing Root Cause Analysis, and process improvement across a variety of assembly and manufacturing processes. 

What does an average day look like?

• Driving Results: Initiate, manage and close MCO, DCO, Deviations and ECOs. Create procedural frameworks utilizing Arena - Product Life-Cycle Management (PLM Software.
• Taking Ownership: Manage Quality Engineering, Automation and Engineering Modules within the PLM tool (Arena).
• Making Decisions: Author and document all Policies and Procedures. Facilitate updates to the PLM tool with Arena.
• Cultivating Relationships: Setup and train internal and external customers on the use of the PLM tool. Work closely with and support the engineering teams regularly.
• Instilling Trust: Review existing documentation and part structuring for correctness and completeness. 
• Customer Focus: Ensures all documents and Arena processes meet GMP - Good Documentation Practices (GDP). 

What background should you have? 

• Associates Degree
• 5 years of Document Control Administrator experience with an PLM system (Arena preferred) in external manufacturing. 
• Experience managing electromechanical devices and working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams. 
• Excellent written and verbal skills. 
• Experience across all phases of product development from prototype to mass production. 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced hyper growth environment.
